Proposed house designs
A summary of selected typical designs of single-family and multi-family residential buildings according to the used catalogues of finished designs available on the websites. In the areas designated for development, the proposed typical designs of single-family houses have been located in an orderly manner on individual plots, creating clear sequences and frontages of development along the planned streets. The positioning of the buildings takes into account their internal functional layout and ensures proper lighting and sun exposure of rooms, in particular rooms forming the so-called daytime zone, and terraces, balconies and home gardens with recreational zones. Construction of the community road in Wytowno
The construction of the communal road in Wytowno commune of Ustka commenced, reconstruction of road no. 101447G Avenue of the Winds from the Sea, from the municipality of Wytowno crossing ( cycling station) R-10 to Orzechowskie Dunes – traffic category – KR1, concrete surface, crushed road shoulder. The newly built road provides very good access from the municipality of Wytowno to Osiedle Morskie and the entrances to Róża Wiatrów Street, Scala Beauforta Street and Zefirowa Street, in accordance with the binding Local Development Plan.
